Terms & Conditions for uudd Platform Use
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the uudd platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Players must be 21 years or older.
Important Notice: This is a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and uudd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Please read every section carefully before creating an account or making any deposit. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the uudd platform. 1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the uudd platform at uudd.io, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any product or service offered by uudd, you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the Player and uudd with respect to your use of the platform.
If you access the platform on behalf of a third party or as a proxy player for another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that third party to these terms, and by accepting on their behalf, you agree that you and the third party are jointly and severally bound. Proxy betting is strictly prohibited regardless of any claimed authority.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by, and must be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the uudd platform. uudd employs age verification measures at registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Any deposits made by or on behalf of an underage user will be returned where reasonably practicable; however, winnings generated from such an account will be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that online betting is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering with uudd. uudd makes no warranty that its services are legally available in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — are strictly prohibited. uudd employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, associated funds will be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently banned from the platform.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification codes. You further agree to promptly update this information should any of the provided details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2.5 KYC Verification. uudd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) at any stage — including but not limited to, before processing a first withdrawal, during a periodic account review, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
3 Account Security & Responsibility
3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. uudd staff will never ask you for your password or OTP codes via any communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify uudd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. uudd will not be liable for any losses, winnings disputes, or data exposure arising from unauthorised access where that access was made possible by your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.
3.3 Device Security. You accept full responsibility for the security of the device(s) from which you access uudd. uudd recommends that you do not access your account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks. Losses arising from access made via compromised shared devices will not be reimbursed by uudd.
3.4 Account Activity. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account changes made while you are logged into your account are deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe a transaction was not authorised by you, you must contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible, providing full transaction details.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uudd currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uudd reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to the processing timelines of that method.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your uudd account within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes. uudd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, your bank, or mobile money network provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. A minimum withdrawal amount applies per payment method and is displayed in the withdrawal interface within your account. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 minutes; card and bank withdrawals may take between 1 and 5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. uudd maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. uudd reserves the right to freeze withdrawals, request additional documentation, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Depositing funds with no intent to wager — commonly referred to as "churning" — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in relation to a uudd transaction without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. uudd reserves the right to suspend your account and recover the value of the chargeback from any available account balance.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, cashback offers, and any other promotional rewards offered by uudd are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates. These individual promotion terms are communicated at the point of offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of the stated multiplier (e.g., 30x) in eligible games or markets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and sports markets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. uudd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculation systems. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, any winnings derived from those bonuses forfeited, and may be permanently suspended from the platform.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held by a Player at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to activate a second bonus while one is already in progress may result in the forfeiture of the most recently claimed bonus.
5.5 Promotional Eligibility. uudd reserves the right to exclude any Player from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion, and to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Players who have opted into uudd's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are not eligible to claim promotional bonuses during their exclusion period.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on uudd are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and bet type. uudd's cricket betting markets — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and international fixtures — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a match being cancelled, abandoned, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules, typically as a void (stake returned) unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live market data. uudd reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time and to void live bets placed on incomplete or erroneous data. Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined — whether due to a data feed delay or any other reason — will be voided.
6.3 Casino & Slot Games. All casino games, slots, and live dealer tables on uudd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and applicable game mathematics. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in individual game information panels. uudd accepts no liability for game malfunctions caused by the game provider's software; such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
6.4 Crash Games. Crash game outcomes, including Aviator by Spribe, are determined by provably fair algorithms operated by the game provider. Bets that cannot be settled due to a platform disconnection during an active crash round will be settled at the most recently confirmed multiplier recorded by uudd's systems at the point of disconnection.
6.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or software malfunction — uudd reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts. uudd's decision regarding manifest errors is final.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uudd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action being pursued by uudd:
- Cheating and Collusion: Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, using bots or automated betting scripts, or employing any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Money Laundering: Using uudd in any manner intended to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant authorities.
- Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, creating accounts in the names of third parties, or attempting to deceive uudd's verification systems in any manner.
- Abuse of Staff: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language directed at uudd support staff. uudd has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and will terminate accounts engaging in this behaviour.
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing opposing bets across multiple platforms or within uudd's own markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. uudd reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts identified as engaging in systematic arbitrage strategies.
- Insider Information: Placing bets using non-public, material information about the outcome of a sporting event, including information obtained from participants in the event.
- VPN / Proxy Use: Accessing the uudd platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to obscure your true geographic location or IP address. Accounts found to be using such technology will be suspended.
8 Responsible Gaming
uudd is firmly committed to responsible gaming and recognises that, for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available at no cost, take effect immediately upon activation, and can be accessed directly from your account settings at any time.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending. Once a limit is reduced, the change takes immediate effect. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been actively playing for a specified period of time.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account will not be accessible for betting, deposits, or withdrawals.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the elected exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before its natural expiry are subject to a mandatory 7-day review period.

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the uudd platform — including but not limited to the uudd brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, graphics, text, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of uudd or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the uudd platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any uudd content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; use uudd's branding or trademarks in any form without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on uudd's platform, design, or software.
Any content, data, or materials you submit to uudd (including support communications, feedback, and reviews) grant uudd a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and modify such content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uudd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to uudd in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
uudd shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other economic loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
uudd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uudd makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information published on the platform, including betting odds, game RTP statistics, and promotional terms, except as expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
11 Amendments & Termination
11.1 Right to Amend. uudd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Changes will be effective upon posting to the uudd platform. For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, uudd will provide advance notice of no less than 7 days via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your uudd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance that has cleared wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC verification requirements. Pending bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
11.3 Account Suspension and Termination by uudd. uudd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, including where: you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; your account is associated with fraudulent activity; your account is under investigation for potential money laundering; or uudd is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement. In cases of fraudulent activity, uudd reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and legal advice.
12 Governing Law & Disputes
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operators. uudd operates as an international online gaming platform and makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and uudd, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] in order to seek an informal resolution. uudd will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation when submitting a complaint.
12.3 Bet Settlement Disputes. If you wish to dispute the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a casino game, you must submit your dispute in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant settlement date. Disputes submitted after this 7-day window will not be considered. uudd's decision following a formal dispute review is final and binding, subject only to any applicable statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction.
12.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
